Heather has spent over 25 years in business, corporate America, marketing, advertising and public relations. She has worked with multi-national companies as well as sole proprietorships and can speak into most any business model. Finding the ability to connect, integrate ideas, create synergy with both internal and external clients and see the possibilities is her specialty. She has dealt with negotiations in China, Russia and Europe as well as the United States and has a sensitivity to cultural as well as business differences.  Heather delivers results and creates fun finding the win for everyone involved.

Often the problems that are perceived to be the cause of stagnation in business are not the core issues. Using her intuitive abilities, people skills and solid business background, Heather identifies the inter-relationships within a business that may be causing some of the impediments to success.
